  • Friendly and helpful staff — Multiple reviews highlight the welcoming and multilingual team, with one guest praising the receptionist's perfect English.
  • Central location near the Grand Theatre — The hostel is a 300-metre walk from the Grand Theatre and a short drive from the ICHOT Interactive Museum, making it easy to explore Poznan on foot or by public transport.

Worth weighing

3 to weigh
  • Bathroom lighting can be frustrating — Motion-activated lights in the bathroom are placed away from the shower, leaving guests to shower in the dark at night, and the shower cabin faces the sink directly.
  • Shared rooms can be noisy or crowded — Rooms are typically for 4 or 6 people, and quiet conditions are not guaranteed. One guest noted that having a room to yourself only works when the hostel is quiet.
  • Check-in starts late — Check-in begins at 17:59, which may be inconvenient for guests arriving earlier in the day.

“The furniture and linens were high quality, the design felt very modern, and breakfast was free.”

8.2Verified guest

“I was lucky enough to have a room to myself since it was quiet — normally it's for 4 or 6 people — and when that happens, it's a perfect stay.”

8.2Verified guest

“I had a 4-bed room all to myself, even midweek. The bathroom lights are motion-activated, but the sensor is placed too far from the shower, so I had to shower in the dark at night. Also, the shower cabin is right in front of the sink.”

8.2Verified guest

“A very nice hostel with friendly staff. Clean, with a comfy kitchen and lounge. Highly recommended.”

8.2Verified guest

“The staff were nice, the common room and kitchen were pleasant, and the location was good.”

“The girl who checked me in on the first night was very friendly and spoke perfect English. The facilities are comfortable, and it's a perfect spot for those traveling by train.”

The bottom line

A modern, well-located hostel in central Poznan with friendly staff, free breakfast, and clean common areas. The main drawbacks are the quirky bathroom lighting and the late check-in time, but for the price and location, it's a solid choice for budget travellers.
